At chelsea de luca we are committed to providing an easy and enjoyable shopping experience. We will be delighted to help you place an order by telephone or email (please include your best contact details for us to contact you by telephone) and advise you on the items offered on our website, or help you with any queries about payment options.

We now also offer AfterPay services on all of our products, allowing you to pay for your online purchases after receiving them. It is convenient and secure! 

CARE GUIDE

For all jewellery items please avoid lotions, potions and water as they may cause discolouration of the precious Swarovski crystals and plating.

It is recommended that loungewear items are dry cleaned only for best results. However, please don't hesitate to e-mail us at shop@chelseadeluca.com.au with any queries.

PACKAGING

Gift wrapping is complimentary. All jewellery orders come swing tagged, wrapped in layers of tissue paper and packaged in our beautiful velvet pouches, ideal for that special gift. Loungewear orders are carefully folded, wrapped in branded tissue and placed in embossed signature boxes. 

 GIFT CERTIFICATES

chelsea de luca Gift Certificates are available to purchase from a minimum of AUD $50.00. Your Gift Certificate can be simply emailed to the recipient, or sent as a Gift Card, ideal for that special gift.

This will include a unique Gift Certificate code that is assigned to the recipient, which they can then use to shop online.

Please note that the recipient will need to register their details with us online before they can shop and that our Gift Certificates are valid for use exclusively at chelseadeluca.com.

DELIVERY

Stock permitting, all orders placed by telephone or via email are usually despatched to arrive to customers within 5 working days. During the busy Christmas period, we will advise you if there are likely to be any small delays. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it is available.

We deliver all of our products via the following methods:

Australia Post Registered: please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be received. Registered Post is charged at $10.00 per order unless the Free Shipping code: FREE is applied at checkout.

Australia Post Express: when ordered before 12pm Monday-Friday goods will be shipped same day. Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be received. Express Post is charged at $14.00 per order.

All orders will receive a tracking number that will allow you to monitor your postage progress via the relevant shipping company's tracking system. 

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

All standard international delivery is charged at a $20.00 flat cost. Delivery times may vary, please allow 7-14 days.  For wholesale delivery rates please contact us by email.

For all our deliveries a signature may be required.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

If you require your jewels urgently please email us at shop@chelseadeluca.com.au with your contact information so that we can take your order details over the phone and ensure that you receive your goods as soon as possible. Based on orders within Australia, postage costs will be confirmed per delivery address.

RETURNS POLICY

In the unlikely case that you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of their receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a credit note, provided that the products are returned complete and unused, and with the original packaging.

*Unfortunately, for hygiene purposes pierced earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded.

*Damage incurred from not following reasonable care and recommendations will not be eligible for exchange or credit note.

MAKING RETURNS

To return a product, please follow the instructions below:

(a) Drop us a line at: shop@chelseadeluca.com.au  In your email, please include:

(i) Reasons for why you are returning the product(s); and

(ii) Attach a copy of the payment confirmation you received when placing the order.

(b) Pack the product(s) into their original packaging including the original and attached labels/swingtags in the case of loungewear items.

(c) Address the package to Chelsea De Luca Studio, PO BOX 312, Wellers Hill, Queensland, Australia. 4121

(d) As Chelsea De Luca is not liable for the loss of any product being returned we highly recommend that you return it using registered mail.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

REPAIRS

Repairs can be made on a case by case basis and may incur charges in line with work required. Please contact shop@chelseadeluca.com.au with full details of request and photographs if possible to allow for most accurate quote and estimated completion time.

PAYMENT AND TAXES

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard & Amex. All transactions are shown in AUD. Nominated exchange rates can be calculated upon confirmation of order. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in AUD (Australian Dollars). Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

AVAILABILITY

We endeavour to display throughout this website all items in our current range. If items that you order are out of stock or subject to a delay we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority. Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us. before placing an order. A Contract between the customer and Chelsea De Luca Pty Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched). This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.

PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of our jewels and silk loungewear is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
